I love this mirror so much. My bathroom design was meant to be a bit theatrical and I wanted some drama with a gilded antique style mirror. I decided upon the silver finish although I was torn between silver and gold. The reason I wouldn’t give five stars is two fold. 1. I checked the dimensions carefully because my bathroom is very small. The mirror is described to be 24 inches in width but it was actually 26.5. My contractor was unsure if he would be able to fit it and for a while we were doubtful. Thankfully Wayfair took accountability and did offer me a discount when I pointed out this dilemma. I hope they update this so no one else has the same issue. There were also some minor cracks perhaps sustained during delivery. I was able to overlook this and didn’t think it was worth it to return since very subtle. 2. I was expecting this from the pictures so no major surprise but I think that for the price the plastic pull tab to open the cabinet could have been better devised. This part feels flimsy and cheap. I’m not sure if it will hold up to time. It would have been perfect if the entire front opened like a standard medicine cabinet instead of just the mirror within the frame. Still worth it in my opinion but it imagine it will bother some buyers who are pickier. Beautifully designed vanity! The only drawback to this particular piece is that the company does not have the vanity top to go with it. You will need to have a vanity top made special for this vanity. I didn't know this until after I had purchased it and thought I could order another beautiful vanity top to retro fit onto this vanity. It didn't work :(. So, the vanity and the vanity top I purchased from Wayfair didn't fair well for me due to this problem. Otherwise, it would have been a beautiful ensemble in my bathroom. Also, the retro fit vanity top with this vanity base didn't accommodate for the use of the beautiful faucet I purchased. It wouldn't allow the faucet to have full power or range of movement; because it brought the faucet too close to the edge of the unit and the wall. Too bad! It arrived damaged and there seems to be nothing Wayfair will do about it but Email the manufacturer. No getting another on the way no taking it back only Chat bots that are truly unhelpful. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Perfect for any bathroom. Recesses in the wall between the studs, and simply screws to the studs on each side of the opening. Only the doors are outside the wall. Fully adjustable glass shelves inside. Our unique, patented design of shelf supports keeps each shelf in place. Concealed hinges with soft close built in assuring the door will never slam shut but softly close on its own instead. The box is solid pine and the Villa Bead Panel style door is solid maple. All you need to do is put one screw in each hinge to mount the door. Then insert it into the wall and screw it to the studs with included screws. If you are replacing a current cabinet, measure your wall opening! White plastic trim surround covers the rough edges of your opening up to 1/2" all around.
