I was genuinely excited to find this warmer! I live in an old house (120yrs old), it’s so drafty even on spring nights. I popped my blanket in for 30min and when I took it out for my sofa nap.. Please note you have to buy the concealed wall box with this or it cant be installed. Mine arrived with a dent and as my contractor failed to tell me before installing it, I feel I have to keep it. Had he told me before installing it, which was rhr last thing he did as his job was done, I would have exchanged it as it's a great towel warmer and works well. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. Love this towel warmer! We ordered a slightly shorter one but decided to return it and go all in. This one is big, but it's actually the perfect size to me. I like this size because my hubby's towel is on top and mine is on bottom, and they don't really overlap lap. I feel like there's ample room for both towels, they each have their spot. It looks beautiful on my wall. I hooked it up to a light switch and it works like a dream. My towel gets toasty... keep in mind I'm not expecting scalding hot so it meets my expectations. I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush.
