I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. So far I am pretty happy with it. It came 1 week quicker than expected. It comes in 2 very long and heavy boxes and 1 slide. I highly recommend laying out and organizing all the parts ahead of time to save time. I built the steps and rock wall in 1 hour and I am having a friend come to help with the fort.i anticipate this part may take 5 or 6 hours max. Wow! I’ve been dying to see these walls for about 5 weeks. They were delivered right after Thanksgiving for our bathroom remodel, and they took up a LOT of garage space since then. The packaging was larger than the 5x8 ft wall size by at least 6” in every direction. There was some damage to the cardboard one one edge, but there was no damage to the product. Unfortunately the delivery drivers placed the package upside down, so I couldn’t even glance at the marble effect. I was afraid to try to flip it to look at it. I was worried that it might look tacky, the way some “marble” products have busy pattern repeats or weird colors (like the “marble” shower base we returned that was “marbled” with purple and brown streaks.). But I did not need to worry! These wall panels are fantastic! The marble effect is very subtle and natural looking. We made sure we had room to store them flat until our contractor could install them, which finally happened today! They have a matte, lightly textured feel that is similar to tile, but no grout lines to scrub!. The crew commented many times how luxe it all looks. My contractor will caulk it on Friday when he installs the new toilet and vanity, and then we can try it out on Sunday! I looked at every possible wall material before settling on these.
