These are great! They keep the room really dark! Our last curtains were blackout as well, but because of the style they didn’t hug the wall and a lot of light still got in. These are perfect for my LR windows. I ordered four panels. I needed something to block out the sun in the summer and cold now. I close the blinds but wanted additional blocking. The slightly off white color blends beautifully with my light grey walls, old 2" blinds, and old white trim paint. For only fifty bucks, I couldn't go wrong! The color matches our bedroom decor perfectly! Wasn’t sure if we were going to get the right shade of orange that we wanted but we did and we love it! Obviously, the color looks slightly different in different lighting. They definitely darken the room well too. There is a lining so DO NOT wash, dry clean according to the instructions.
