Feels like good quality. Didnt realize when I picked it that it wasnt made for sinks that have been predated for 3 holes. So we had to get a universal plate to cover. Seems to work just fine. Looked lovely in person. I dont love that it seems to be kind of off center but so far thats my only complaint. Came packed well and I damaged. I have never seen such a high quality fixture for the shower fixtures. All the components came in their own box. I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful and the functionality I was looking for. The problem is I didnt understand what Escutcheon Included and Rough-in Valve means. The shower head is a little smaller than I was expecting. But it arrived in good condition. We won’t get it installed for another month. But I am happy with its appearance. But even after turning the water heater setting to get hotter the water out of this shower head for some reason will not get very hot.
