I have never seen such a high quality fixture for the shower fixtures. All the components came in their own box. I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful and the functionality I was looking for. The problem is I didnt understand what Escutcheon Included and Rough-in Valve means. The shower head is a little smaller than I was expecting. But it arrived in good condition. We won’t get it installed for another month. But I am happy with its appearance. But even after turning the water heater setting to get hotter the water out of this shower head for some reason will not get very hot. Feels like good quality. Didnt realize when I picked it that it wasnt made for sinks that have been predated for 3 holes. So we had to get a universal plate to cover. Seems to work just fine.
