I have never seen such a high quality fixture for the shower fixtures. All the components came in their own box. I gave it five stars because it is absolutely beautiful and the functionality I was looking for. The problem is I didnt understand what Escutcheon Included and Rough-in Valve means. The shower head is a little smaller than I was expecting. But it arrived in good condition. We won’t get it installed for another month. But I am happy with its appearance. Very sleek and modern looking. Update. It’s been installed and looks great. But even after turning the water heater setting to get hotter the water out of this shower head for some reason will not get very hot. Unfortunately, I'm unable to install it right now, but I'm going to be installing this and the bathroom faucet(s) once I move, and I can't wait! After a few weeks - we had to switch out the faucet bc of the extreme splashing since I don’t have a deep bowl . This is a beautiful bathroom faucet! The construction of this faucet is all metal which is what we were looking for since most of the stuff is plastic. It was fairly easy to install , my husband has to adjust one of the faucets because it wasn’t aligned perfectly. The only issue is that the water splashes a lot -maybe bc my vanity bowl isn’t deep enough ? But it’s stunning. The drain is also great quality since it has a run and little drain you push to close .
