We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was. This 48 in. Professional Style Gas Range is Pre-Converted to Propane. It will fulfill all your cooking desires. Main features include 1 x 18,000 BTU Sealed Single Burners along with 5 x 12,000 BTU in addition to a 15,000 BTU Infrared Griddle. 2 x Ovens. One 4.6 cu. ft. 22,000 BTU oven which contains a commercial convection fan along with a 10,000 BTU Oven Broiler. One 2.2 cu. ft. 14,000 BTU Oven. Continuous grating to facilitate the movement of large cookware. The range has been pre-converted to propane and is ready to use with propane. The purchase and installation of the separate propane conversion kit are not required. One 4.6 cu. ft. 22,000 BTU oven which contains a commercial convection fan along with a 10,000 BTU oven broiler along with 2 racks and 5 oven rack positions with 2 x halogen lights.
