UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. Have look at facet, seems high quality for price but could be heavier. I will install later as soon as I lay butcher block counter tops I purchase from Wayfair... I already ordered an after market soap dispenser to replace one that came with this facet. The one I order can access with a long tube a whole jug of dawn soap (or the like) and this is convenient because changing the little container on facet I ordered all the time is a real pain because it is at back of sink in very very hard place to access...
