This faucet is definitely a most attractive piece in my kitchen and I have received numerous compliments on it, even from our plumber. UPDATE: I contacted Casainc directly and they sent a new faucet head with no hassles. It’s still made from plastic so hoping this one lasts! ORIGINAL REVIEW: The faucet was easy to install and works fine mechanically, but the quality is poor. After only a year, the spray head looks cheap and worn out. Because it’s made of plastic, the gold finish has rubbed off from normal use, exposing a silvery base underneath. Now the head doesn’t match the rest of the faucet and is covered with blemishes. These brass pulls are the all-time best. I originally sourced these for my kitchen remodel from a local boutique hardware store. Then when we were renovating the second phase, master bathroom, I wanted to use them again for custom-built barn doors. They are shoe stopper. Solid brass. Don’t show any finger prints. Are heavy and VERY high quality. I cannot say enough great things about these pulls.
