As it relates to this smoker I can attest that this East Oak Smoker does an amazing job. If using all 4 racks remember to offset the meat so you can experience evenly smoked/cooked meat. Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great.
