Kohler needs to refund and take this model off the market! Air bath does not turn on consistently, bask heat has never worked, and the tub has now shocked me twice! Extremely loud, even after moving to the basement and insulating for sound, and the purge cycle sometimes turns on in the middle of the night, waking everyone in the house.
