The ordering experience was easy and fast. The unit came in excellent condition and with extra parts to accommodate various installations. I am very impressed with the process offered by Wayfair and the Kingston Brass faucet in the care of its design and packaging. The instructions and drawings were also very helpful. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools.
