This a very affordable option for a steam sauna. My husband absolutely loves it, and the set up and take down isn't too bad. It's an excellent way for a person to see if they really like saunas, before spending more money on one. He prefers the steam option over red light for now. We actually purchased this same one twice, because he used the first one so much over the last couple of years that he wore the fabric off of the bottom and it rusted.
