I definitely agree with thought this air conditioner was what was advertised. I have always wanted to try a portable air conditioner. I should have thought it through because i had a 10000 BTU window unit that kept our room cool. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter.
