You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. I bought this item a week ago and I'm looking to return it as soon as possible. This blender will not blend anything more solid than a banana. And it's probably going to get stuck blending that. You want to blend ice or frozen fruit? Forget about it! Most of what this lender is capable of blending are things that you could mix in a bowl with a whisk by yourself. It is a waste of money.
