I now love this form of exercise, and I look forward to doing it. Free YouTube videos helped me understand proper form and how to build intensity over time. My endurance has increased at least 40%, and I rarely work out more than 30 minutes at a time. I have enough space that I don't have to put it away. I will say it was tough to open the ring for the mat, and I needed extra help. Not sure if that would become easier over time.
