Would have been 5 stars if things were labeled a little better. Two pieces were labeled wrong which alone took almost 10-15 minutes for me to figure out and the directions were missing numbers for which pieces to use. Other than that it took about 3 hours to build by myself. It probably would’ve gone quicker with 2 people. The building door entrance wasn't locked, it is always unlocked so packages can be delivered inside. More over, while delivering packages outside a building, they can be stolen. To finish with, my apartment is upstairs and I wasn't home when it was delivered so, when I found out the details of the delivery, I have to call a friend to ask for help in order to put my package inside the building and upstairs in front of my door. Looks just like the picture online once assembled, ended up being the perfect size and height for my son’s bedroom and for him to enjoy for years to come, feels sturdy, good quality material. Assembly company was pretty good the first person wasn’t quite able to complete the assembly, I called and someone came two days later and finished it up, was fine since we are still in the process of moving our things. The bed took me 6 hours to assemble by myself. I would look at the entire way to assemble starting at step 20. For me it was easier to do the top bunk matress bars first. The top bunk is not very attractive once its made so I inserted a base under the mattress to tuck the sheets under. (Not shown in photo). Excellent solution for my girls' bedroom. They are both young so they share the bottom for now but they love their bed. The side shelf is large enough for a small TV that has helped to make their bedtime much more pleasant. Plenty of storage and it seems like it will last a long time. Assembly took a whole day and some parts were a bit confusing but overall not bad. I added some felt feet under the whole thing so it doesn't scratch up our hardwood and it also helps keep it quieter if they're playing in their bed.
