The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. These are great chairs. I have two in my office for meetings, and everyone has commented that they are comfortable and attractive. Since they don't have arms, the small meeting table doesn't look like it has a forest of furniture. The beige is more taupe than cream, so the color isn't quite what I envisioned—it's darker and grayer. But overall I'm very pleased. Is it an executive chair, NOU-mid-century modern design, or an ergonomic powerhouse more to the point, why should you have to choose with its click5 lumbar support, flip-adjust armrests, PU leather fabric, ReclineRock, classic colors, it all, and anything you want it to be.

We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. This chair is great. It is comfortable and supportive. We were worried if it would work as my wife works from home and sits for long periods and needs a chair that is supportive. Sometimes looks compromise the support. Not the case with this chair. It was easy to assemble with clearly labeled parts and instructions. It is nice having a chair that looks nice and is functional.
