Did have to modify the wall anchoring given the brick wall anchors that are provided. The front panel has more space between the shelving on one side (everything reads level, and the bottom of the front panel has even spacing). I did notice other review photos have the same problem. This has been an amazing addition to our small (Park model) summer place. Simply an attractive piece of furniture when not needed, but comfortable sleeping space for company. About a billion pieces, but I (72 year old woman) was able to put it together myself. Granted, not without a bit of colorful language from time to time, but got it done at the end of the day. The bed is beautiful. It folds up really nicely and does not look like a Murphy bed at all. Much better than the pics! However, the instructions say it takes two hours to build.
