I purchased this couch and both boxes came damaged and parts that were in the box were damaged as well. I did reach out to Wayfair and they immediately made it right by offering me a discount because of this. I also had some missing screws/bolts and had to go to the hardware store to finish making the couches. It is not the easiest thing to put together, but once you figure it out, it straightforward. The video that’s on. The instructions also helps. It’s a very cute looking couch and surprisingly is very comfortable! I was a little worried when I saw the cushions but it is very comfy. I overall enjoy it as well as the look of it! It is very sturdy. To make the couch bigger I put the other two chairs together with this couch to make it longer, however, I am able to make them either individual chairs or a loveseat. They’d also do come with hooks if that’s the right word to connect the couches underneath so they do not split apart!
