I just got it today, it’s working great so far, my Insulin was taking over my fridge,so I needed to step up, it’s much smaller than I thought it was going to be. Got it for my moms apartment. It works great. Definitely for a small area. It blows out cool air right away. I would make sure to clean and keep up on cleaning the water tank and the rest of the unit. It starts getting worse after a week. It does the job and it is easy to move around because of the wheels.
