Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space. Love the quality but the fabric color is lighter than the sleeper sofa I had purchased in December. Both are the Mackenzie style but the loveseat is noticeably lighter in color and when ordering there is no choice for fabric color.
