This is a beautiful piece on my wall. I put it in my entry way and it looks great. It blends in well over my accent chair and the gold theme. Love it! Pic is immediately upon unrolling it. Went flat without effort. The yellow is golden as advertised, rather than a bright or primary yellow. The short ends do have a thicker edge. That’s not a problem where I placed it, but it could maybe be a trip hazard for some. I anchored it under the lower end of my bed and thus didn’t need a rug pad. It does have a bit of an odor, which I expect will dissipate. I got a synthetic rug recently in which the odor was much stronger and had more of a chemical smell; this is slight by comparison..
