Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. After reading the instructions, I was able to sharpen all my knives as sharp if not sharper than when they were new (if that’s possible) in maybe 30 -45 minutes.
