The only negative I've encountered so far is that even using conduction, I find some pretty noticeable hot spots (or cold ones) when I roast something (I see this when I do cauliflower, for instance, and a part is getting to the nice roasty stage and the rest is still white and not quite there).. Well built and nicely packed. The tubing thickness on this one is the more robust commercial grade as noted. Cover piece is also comparatively solid vs typical sets and slides nicely. Very pleased.
