I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. It's a great size for the price! And wasn't hard for a 5'7 somewhat strong woman to put together alone (even putting the cover on wasn't so bad). I used a wrench to tighten the bolts but that was the only tool needed. I took one star off because one of the side rods came bent almost into the right shape but not quite, so I couldn't attach it.
