Works well but one of the laminated wood pieces came with a large chip. I right away called support and they were kind and helped me file an online report and I included a photo. Later I got an email from Wayfair offering a 10% refund but that doesn’t help this expensive brand new item from looking used and damaged. edit to add, wayfair replaced the damaged item!
