The drinks were packed in the early morning hours and by 8pm they were very very cold. The food section in the bottom kept our sandwiches and fruit so cold. It literally felt colder than a fridge. We are tired of using ice trays to freeze ice this ice maker gets the job done. The size and ease of use is perfect, not taking up a lot of space. We are a household of two so we don't use a significant amount of ice. We are also conscious of our electricity bill and because this ice maker produces ice so quickly we can turn it on without waiting a long time for ice and simply turn it off when it's not needed.
