Nice performance with light continuous steam on full-steam setting, and steamburst button. Sufficient number and placement of steam holes in the soleplate as well. On/of switch on handle is ideal also (most irons do not have this). Heats up quickly. Big issue, however, is the nearly-impossible-to-fill reservoir located almost under the handle; iron must be off and fully cool to fill, because you have to tilt it, back end up towards yourself, to fully fill it. Good for ironing a garment or two, but an utter nuisance if you have a pile of ironing to get through. Re-engineer the water reservoir opening, and it would be a truly great iron.. C D. I’ve been using this iron for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly made ironing way less annoying. The soleplate glides really smoothly, even over thicker fabrics like jeans, and it doesn’t snag or stick. It heats up pretty fast, which is great when I’m in a rush. The steam is strong enough to get out stubborn wrinkles without having to go over the same spot ten times. I also like the pointed tip for getting around buttons and collars. Cleaning it is easy too. What started as a “nice-to-have” has turned into a regular part of my routine. The Dual TrueSteam does a great job refreshing clothes that aren’t dirty enough to wash but don’t feel fresh anymore. Jackets, sweaters, dresses —less wrinkled, odor-free, and just feeling clean without using any chemicals. I also deal with seasonal allergies, so being able to refresh things like coats and scarves instead of letting them sit around has been a big plus. It’s way more effective than just hanging clothes up to air out. The MovingHanger actually works and helps steam reach thicker fabrics evenly. The Built-In HandySteamer is super convenient for quick touch-ups before heading out, and yes—it really does remove strong food smells (KBBQ included 😄). Great iron! I have one that I use at home which I love! I don’t iron much but when I need it , it’s always ready to go. I purchased one for my son in college. I was able to skip the ironing and steam out a few wrinkles here and there. I like how lightweight the machine is which makes it easy to move around. After about 10 seconds of being turned on, the steam started to come out. Makes for a big time saver not having to wait. One this I don’t like it the water tank doesn’t snap or clip in.
