We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. I received the new ones earlier than anticipated and they were perfect. We love the lights and can’t wait to install them. It was an easy process to get the problem fixed. Very happy.. Anonymous.
