Box was a bit banged up and the styrofoam was fairly obliterated inside. The sink itself had one of the flat corners bend pretty badly. I thought the quality was great, however, I did notice the brass handle had some rough spots as if it was not sanded down smooth enough. I like the hand forged quality which adds to the charm but I do wish it was sanded down smoothly on the entire handle. It feels like an oversight or quality assurance problem. I also did not like that there was a scratch on the copper finish itself. I tried to replace the item but customer service offered only a partial refund and I would keep the original pot. The scratch was small enough though but I paid $105 for this and expect excellence in return. The metal was dense, heavy and thick and the entire item feels hefty in weight to handle.
