It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. The hand carving is very detailed and delicate which craves continuous hand movements by the artisans to bring out this fashioned style on the doors. Inside the armoire has three shelves to give storage for all your belonging. The armoire has a distressed whitewash look on it. The carving on the doors in the front is see-through which then can be used to showcase your items. The carving can be seen in the drawer below. The artisan has carved a bunch of flowers on it, but it’s not seen through. This high chest has features like ornamented design, lots of storage, and a sturdy finish that will enamor you with it.
