We ordered 3 of these lights. When they arrived 2of the 3 lights were damaged. I immediately started the replacement process and waited to review to see how it worked since I have not had this issue before. I took pictures of the 2 damaged light and the e boxes they came in and submitted. I received an almost immediate response of when new ones would ship and waited. This is a solid pan, very durable. Great weight to it but thin for the materials. I have been slowly collecting better quality pans and this is line with the other brands I use.
