Also, they could have made all connections 34 inch. This would have mitigated needed for adaptersreducers, could have used a washing machine supply line instead of garden hose. The shower is a nice design BUT there are some issues with the one I received. The smallest problem was that the assembly guide that came with it was generic and NOT the one for the shower so there were literally zero instructions. The larger problem is that after I did the install, ran plumbing and hung the shower the RAIN HEAD went flying off - the entire pipe came flying off! The problem is that the pipe is not grooved to screw together to the water assembly pipe. It just has three rubber washers and NOTHING holding it back from shooting off from the pressure. I explained this online to wayfair and was told they would look into it with the mfr. and I could return if they do not remedy. After all the installation and assembly I paid for it is easy for them to say send it back and start over. This is a great alternative if you want the feeling and function of an expensive spa shower but dont want to spend thousands of dollars. Parts are made of plastic but the internal parts are all metal. Some things to note- First you can only use one of the functions at a time- either handheld, rain shower or the 3 jets. That is because it is all just coming from one water source (again thats why this isnt a 1000 shower system) All 3 functions tilt so you have some directional control however the Jets dont slide up and down on the rail. They are stationary and as a short person they hit me in my face and neck if Im not careful. The top 2 jets can be twisted onoff so I close the top one and tilt the other 2 down and that works for me. Also thr handheld docking station can be adjusted up and down the rail so I place it a bit higher and can use the handheld like another showhead. The handheld also has 5 different settings which offers lots of variety. Warning- your shower time will probably double because it is so enjoyable! I like to switch between all three functions..
