Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. Unfortunately I did not measure the height correctly and my counter has a lip. So I haven’t placed it in my pantry yet, but I like it. It has a large capacity and gets pretty cold, so it’s a keeper. Nice little frig for all practical purposes. However the description is a little different from what the directions manual states. For example description says it can be slid under a counter top. Yet the directions say to leave 4 inches behind the unit for air flow. So it’s seems the unit would stick out from a typical counter depth. The instruction manual also talks about the need to defrost which was unexpected. We are keeping it anyway as will use to store a few waters and drinks in another room outside the kitchen. So far so good. Some things right out of the box: 1. Make sure you have a hot outlet to plug it into. I replaced a dishwasher with this and needed to install a new outlet to run it. 2. I wish the shelf racks had a lip on the side. When you load it full of drinks, they can fall off the side of the shelf when you pull it out. 3. I really like the look of it. It was a perfect fit and match to my other appliances. 4. It’s got a low hum. Not noisy, but you can definitely hear it. 5. I wish the door had a little more suction when closing.
