It’s incredibly soft and plush, but unlike other soft mattresses I’ve tried, you don’t sink in so much that it’s hard to move or roll over. It feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, but with just the right amount of support underneath, so I wake up feeling rested and without aches. I've been sleeping on it for about a month now and have no issues waking up with a sore back, shoulders, or neck! A couple of things to keep in mind: this mattress is very tall, about 16", so you’ll need deep pocket sheets and a deep mattress protector, and it’s also very heavy, which makes changing the sheets a bit of a workout. Even with those quirks, the comfort is outstanding. If you want a mattress that’s truly soft and plush but still supportive and durable, I can’t recommend this one enough.. Maribenz_9855. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). It's a very thick bed which lends to its comfortability factor. My little kiddo and my cats love sleeping with me in this bed, and it's held up very well. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
