Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! I was worried it might be too firm, but it actually has just enough give when you lay down. I switch between stomach and side sleeping and it’s been comfortable for both. The cooling part is also not just marketing hype. I usually wake up hot at least once a night, and that hasn’t really been happening anymore. It doesn’t feel “cold,” just more temperature neutral. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
