Nice size for my small laundry room. I like the color and size. The temperature is perfect in that it freezes but doesn’t over freezes. I haven’t had to thaw yet but I see that it has a water plug to conveniently run water out when thawing. The temperature dial on bottom is nice so that if kids play with adjustments I am able to see change but I chose to cover with a piece of tape so that they aren’t able to operate dial easily.. It was in two boxes and seller sent me damaged item knowingly, because outer box wasn’t damaged and only inner box was damaged and outer box has brand on it! I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My shop gets brutally hot during the afternoons, especially with tools running and the sun beating on the building, but this unit cools the space down way faster than I expected. Within about 15-20 minutes you can actually feel a huge difference. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once mounted it feels solid and secure. I like that it has multiple modes including eco, sleep, dehumidifier, and fan settings because Florida humidity is no joke. The dehumidifier feature really helps take that sticky feeling out of the air. It’s also quieter than I thought a 14,000 BTU unit would be. You can still comfortably work, listen to music, or have a conversation without it sounding like a jet engine. The remote and timer are convenient too since I can cool the shop before I head out there. I did buy an air purifier filter and received it yesterday so I’m reading the directions to see how to put it in.
