Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. Delivery was very good, arrived early. The tub is unbelievable-21 inches high, lots of jets. It was installed 2 days ago. Waiting for the tub surround. I actually got paint chips to try to match the color, because as you know, there are many whites (the white of my tub is not the white of my toilet. It was not what I expected. The photos and information provided do not show that there is only one control, on or off. There are many different models and it is unclear which you are purchasing.
