It was not what I expected. The photos and information provided do not show that there is only one control, on or off. There are many different models and it is unclear which you are purchasing. To give you some perspective, the typical Coma Inducer has a 280 GSM fill rate and most, if not all, other Coma Inducers are under 400 GSM. So when we add an extra 1000 GSM in fill weight, you know this is thick! What makes this Coma Inducer even more impressive is that we didn't use just any filling. We used Grade A polyester, with a blown in technique to create a down alternative feel. Each square is like an over-filled squishy plush stuffed animal. We then coupled this thick high quality filling with an outer ultra cozy plush that has a hand feel like petting the fluffiest cloud or a cuddly dog that had one too many meals. And that takes us circle to the real naming inspiration which originated 3 years ago from a dog video that became an internet meme. Emily Flowers, a Coma Inducer super fan, won the naming challenge for this Thickest of Thick Coma Inducers with her name suggestion; Boi He Thick. There were a lot of "normal" sounding names suggested, but when put to a vote, customers agreed that for a Coma Inducer this special, it needed a name that was equally as attention grabbing... Absolutely unacceptable quality. The only reason why I didn’t return it’s because i built the bathroom with this item in mind. One side of the frame has to be built after moving tub in place because pump and blower frame sticks out a bit over the tub lips. Tub frame is cheap 1 by 1” tubing held in place with some cheap self tapping screws from hardware store, they didn’t even bother to use one kind of screws. When tested it, the pump switch didn’t work, had to buy another one. Spot welds what can i say, i can do e better job and I am not even a welder. This looks like was made in someone’s garage. Instruction manual looks like someone just typed it in Word and printed it on a home printer. Front cover is supposed to stay in place with 4 magnets, it slides down since magnets aren’t strong enough to keep the cover in place, at least could have used neodymium magnets How can you possibly sell such a product for $2600 and feel proud about your Family Owned Business of 30+ years.
