I was very disappointed when we opened up the box. Needles were falling off the tree as we were taking it out and as we put it up the needles continued to fall out. It was not even the same colour of tree as the picture or it was not as full as the picture. No item number to compare it with. I am returning this tree. It was suppose to be a gift.
