Such a nice shade!! This puts our old shade to shame. I am very happy with the upgrade. I was leery about the winch situation but when I figured out how I wanted to mount it, it turned out working perfect. The instructions give you three different ways to mount the winches and all the hardware is included. I was able to use the house hooks from old shade and just added the winches to the opposite side. this is a replacement for an older shade. Found the eyelets to be superior in this Royal unit but have not had time to install but from inspection the stitching is the key.
