Best feeling shower ever! I felt this “PowderRain” shower head at a local supplier showroom and fell in love with it. The price here is ALOT lower! My plumber was impressed with the high quality parts. Don’t position the rain shower head too high above your head or the water will not be the right force and will cool down before it gets to you. About 12-15” I think is ideal. Found this out the hard way. Iwanted it tall enough for my husband, but we installed it too high to be optimal. The settings on the handheld shower wand are nice. There are three -one that has more force for rinsing out shampoo, and another with a spiral massage, as well as the same powder rain as the wall mounted shower head. It feels like getting soaked with a soft rain. More of a relaxing sensory experience which is why the other stronger setting on the handle shower is useful. The wall rod adjusts the height of the handwand easily and can be used as a separate overhead shower as well. I purchased the brushed nickel and the wall controller does get water spots so must be cleaned accordingly. (The grab bars in my picture were purchased separately and are not included in this kit). UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later..
