The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. My husband loves it. The bottom cushions are very thick, so between that and the legs, it’s high and at 5’5”, my feet don’t quite touch the floor if I sit all the way back. Great quality Delivery was a little difficult. Even with white glove the crew didn't go the extra step to walk the sofa to the back door. Our contractor and team did the work for them. A flirty little sofa that has style and finesse, all at 80" long! It features flared, rolled sock arms, attached back pillows, and curved wedge legs. Crisp welting and plush cushioning make this piece a great marriage of sophistication and comfort. Also available are the matching loveseat, chair, and ottoman.

This is a very nice couch at a very reasonable price. The cushions are firm (in a good way), and the fabric has a tight-enough weave that it'll likely hold up to pets. It appears to be solidly-built, and I would expect this to last 15+ years if you don't abuse it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the condition of the sofa was not what I was expecting. I would typically not lower a review rating based on shipping issues, but I believe that the damage (nothing major but very annoying) would be likely to occur for anyone ordering this sofa based on my packaging and shipping observations. The problem is that the sofa is shipped on its legs - not palletized or with slides. Of course, there were indications that somewhere along its journey, people slid it around on its legs. It was missing 3 of 4 feet, had scuffing on the legs, and had a small tear in the underside dustcover. While I would love to have this sofa in new condition, I cannot recommend ordering it for delivery because there is too great a chance that it will arrive in less-than-new condition.
