I ordered my beautiful dresser on Feb. 7th for delivery on March 4th. On March 3rd I received notice the delivery would be March 11th. I was really upset because there was no reason given. I wrote Wayfair an e-mail about how I was upset, etc. So "Miss Upset" called the next day to get an explanation as to why the delivery was changed. The very sweet associate told me they had promised the dresser would be completely assembled when delivered. The dresser had come to Wayfair in a flat box. Instead of delivering it in the flat box and not keeping their promise for it to be completely assembled, they had put the delivery off until March 11th. Guess who had apologies to make for for Wayfair was only keeping their word. ME! They only deliver Down South (Mississippi) on Wednesdays. The dresser came on Wednesday, March 11th, as promised. It was beautifully assembled. The three men delivering the dresser brought it into the house, unboxed it, placed it exactly where I wanted it and took all packing material with them.
