It’s perfect for townhome living or other locations where you can’t have a permanent fire pit, but you want to bring one out into the common area now and again. It would also do well for car camping or RV camping. At over 27 pounds though it is not a good option for backpacking or bike camping. The fire pit held up well during use, but I would recommend being very very careful about locations you sit it on because things can get through the bottom onto the ground or can pop over the edges. In other words, if you are in a fire warning area or building a campfire over a bunch of dry leaves or dried grass you’re probably doing something very wrong. It comes with a grate cleaner tool that conveniently hangs on the door. And i love that it has wheels so you can easily move it. I made chicken and steak and corn on the cob on the top shelf and everything cooked evenly, and the burners were not affected by the constant wind conditions here by the beach. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). It takes several days to bring the hot tub up to temperature when refilling. I think this may be comfortable for 5 people, but I have no idea how you fit 7 adults in this hot tub. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Start up is a breeze with the push button lighting i love grilling and this Coleman Revolution grill is by far the best grill we have had the grates are higher in the back so the grease spills into the cup for easy cleanup. It comes with a grate cleaner tool that conveniently hangs on the door. And i love that it has wheels so you can easily move it. I made chicken and steak and corn on the cob on the top shelf and everything cooked evenly, and the burners were not affected by the constant wind conditions here by the beach. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job.
