The gazebo is really nice. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only issue was when we unpacked the boxes, there were several panels, windows and a screen that were damaged. It was disappointing to spend so much for damaged materials. The manufacturer did agree to send replacement parts and Wayfair was monitoring the communications, so we felt like we had some insurance. Overall, it's a nice gazebo and the manufacturer made good on the damaged parts. We've been enjoying it and getting plenty of compliments while waiting for the new parts to arrive.. Brian. Surprised by how much room there was once the Gazebo was assembled. There was some damage to the bottom of the item due to the delivery but it only impacted the portion of the gazebo material that sits on the ground. However, several sections were missing the velcro pieces preventing the side walls and tip to attach to the main section.
