We ordered this Zephyr duct cover from Wayfair, unfortunately the main panel (30”) arrived with some small dentsdings, crimpedbuckled edges and a very light digital imprint that could not be removed. I called Zephyr to ask if they would send a replacement. Without any hesitation and at no charge, Zephyr’s service rep (Brian) sent a whole new replacement. The fan is a.little louder than my old one was, but ok. The package arrived safely(extremely well packed) and on time. The only problem we had was removing the knockout, the vent access. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely..
