I've been very impressed with the FOTILE 30" Slant Vent range hood. It’s extremely efficient at removing smoke and cooking odors, much more powerful than standard models. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service.
